Permanent Resident

There are many immigration categories to obtain a Permanent Residence in Canada. More than 340,000
permanent residencies are issued every year to people from all over the world. As a permanent resident, you
will have rights and obligations like other Canadians, including the right to live, work or study, and must respect
all Canadian laws at the federal, provincial and municipal levels.
Murado & Bolina Immigration Services will assess you and your application for any of these streams and find
out which program best suits your situation.

Express Entry :

Express Entry is an online system that we use to manage immigration applications from skilled workers. All
immigration programs managed under the Express Entry system have different eligibility criteria. You may become a permanent resident under this stream based on your ability to settle in Canada by the assessment of your language proficiency, education, work experience, and age, among other criteria. There are 3 immigration programs managed through Express Entry:

Canadian Experience Class → For skilled workers who have at least 1 year of Canadian work experience. Work experience must have been gained in the 3 years before you apply.

Federal Skilled worker program → For skilled workers with foreign work experience. Must meet criteria for education and other factors.

Federal Skilled Trade program → For skilled workers who are qualified in a skilled trade. Must have a valid job offer or a certificate of qualification.

If you’re eligible for one of the above programs, you can also apply through Express Entry for:

Provincial Nominee Program → Most provinces and territories of Canada have agreements with the government that lets them nominate immigrants who want to settle there. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applicants have the skills, education and work experience required by the province or territory that nominates them. They are ready to establish themselves successfully as permanent residents in Canada and make an immediate economic contribution in the region that selects them.

Sponsorship :

Sponsorship →  Family unification is an important priority for the Government of Canada and if you are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident, age 18 or over, you may sponsor a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner, dependent children, or other eligible.
